What personally identifiable information does Bella Barista collect?

Bella Barista collects information from the user on the order form when a purchase is made. The customer must provide contact information (name, email, and delivery address). This enables us to deliver your goods and provide an order confirmation. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the customer. Should you wish to contact us you do not need to complete a form and we do not require personally identifiable data.

Financial information (credit card type, number and expiration date) is needed for billing purposes and to process customers' orders. Our online payment methods are securely encrypted and we never see your full payment details when processing payments.

The purchase contract's content will be stored. You may store the terms and readily look them up. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your 'My Account' area via login.

If you are concerned about your data, you have the right to request access to the personal data which we may hold or process about you. You have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your data free of charge.

What personally identifiable information do third parties collect through the website?

We do not engage in third party advertising. The only third party who collects information through the website is our Payment Service Provider, Sagepay, Paypal, Google, TrustPilot and Livechat. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and precise procedures in how we store, access and manage that information. Our methods meet the GDPR compliance requirement.


We use the Google Adwords remarketing service to place advertisements for our website and products on 3rd party websites, to those who have visited our website previously. The adverts will be based on which products you have viewed on our website and will be originated from a cookie placed on your machine. Any data collected will be done so (and used) only in accordance with ours (and Google’s) privacy policy.

Log Files

Like most standard website servers we use log files. We use outside courier companies to ship orders and a Payment Service Provider and credit card processing company (BARCLAYS) to bill customers for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

What choices are available to users regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?

Under no circumstance do we pass customers' details to third parties for marketing purposes. When you place an order with us, you are invited to tick an opt-out box. This states that you do not wish us to send information either by email or post relating to existing, new and upcoming products and offers of Bella Barista only. We do not use customers' information for any other purposes.

Customers who later decide they no longer wish to receive any marketing information from Bella Barista may opt out of receiving these communications by contacting us

What types of security procedures are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under Bella Baristas' control?

We use Sagepay to process your personal and credit card details. All transactions are securely encrypted.

Sagepay information for customers buying on the web

Shopping using a card has now become an accepted way to pay for goods or services. We are all comfortable with handing our card to a shop assistant or waiter, or giving our card details to someone on the other end of the telephone.

For many people however putting card details into a web site is still uncomfortable, as we are not sure what is happening to the information we are submitting or where it is going.

When you shop with a merchant who uses Sagepay you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can read your card information. The card details are only transported to a Bank to authorise your purchase.

When our order form asks customers to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. Email marketing messages & subscription

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. We only collect certain data about you, as detailed in the "Processing of your personal date" above. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an EMS, email marketing service provider. An EMS is a third party service provider of software / applications that allows marketers to send out email marketing campaigns to a list of users.

Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons / tracked clickable links or similar server technologies in order to track subscriber activity within email marketing messages. Where used, such marketing messages may record a range of data such as; times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, clicks, forwards, geographic and demographic data.
